Kemindo Group supplies chemicals, coal and logistics services to mines and paper mills in Indonesia. We started in 2010 and our head office is in Jakarta. We make our own hydrated lime in North Sulawesi and run a coal mine in Riau. For mines we also offer used tyre recycling, dust control and grinding balls.

Chemicals for mines, smelters and paper mills We supply chemicals and consumables to gold, copper and nickel mines, alumina smelters, and pulp and paper mills. We make hydrated lime at our own plant in North Sulawesi. -
Mining Solutions
OTR tyre recycling, dust control and grinding balls Mining Solutions offers three things for mines: recycling of used OTR tyres by pyrolysis, dust control for mine roads and other areas, and grinding balls for ore processing plants. -
Logistics
Barge, trucking, warehouse and transhipment in one service PT Karunia Samudera Indonesia, part of Kemindo, moves bulk cargo by sea and land: barges, vessels, trucks, warehousing and transhipment. We usually carry coal, salt and sulphur. -
Agriculture
Tapioca starch from our plant in Sumatra Kemindo's agriculture division makes tapioca starch through PT Indo Balai Green Energy, with a plant in Sumatra. -
Energy
Steam coal from our own mine in Riau Kemindo's energy division started in 2013 as a coal trader. We now run our own open-pit coal mine in Riau, with steam coal of GAR 4800–6000 for domestic and export markets.
